Bless you. Sorry, this person irritated me beyond words. There are 250 million people in the US and this single person DESERVES TO BE IGNORED.

Oh yes, and the blog is useful as a barometer of some cultural trends and news stories but being told that my country is collapsing even as she writes is somewhat annoying. Even a random reader challenged her on that steamrollered opinion and she just shrugged. It ocurred to me that it was like finding a typo in a textbook, a mistake that cast the rest of the whole into dout. THAT is when I became annoyed.

My fault for asking a plumber to speak about the electrics with some sense,if you follow the metaphore. I refused to have a battle of wits with an unarmed person and did not reply there.
