The Office! Is the only thing worth talking about, apparently.

1. YOU DUDES, so I was skimming the transcript for Michael Scott Paper Company on officequotes and whoever transcribed the episode is my new favorite person!

I think they got it a bit Wrong in one place if Wrong means OBVIOUSLY the transcriber had the right GAY idea. )

dreamwidth, tv: the office, pairing: michael/ryan

Clearly I am of the opinion that Ryan should introduce this Jonathan person. I don't even care that Jonathan is a FIGMENT OF HIS IMAGINATION. More beach photos are always welcome. :>

Indeed they are!

I wish OQ would transcribe more deleted scenes, they don't have any for Broke and a few others.

I haven't been staying on top of the S5 deleted scenes for some strange reason. But it sucks that they aren't transcribing them regularly anymore. They're generally reliable for everything else.

I have the same problem re: dreamwidth and usernames!! I think once you start trying to think of a name, you CAN'T. You need to sneak up on it or something.

Oh, Ryan. Jasmine in Thailand, HA. If by Thailand you mean America and by Jasmine you mean Michael.

I think your current username is adorable. <3 But oh man, I agree. The usernames won't come. I keep hoping for an epiphany or DIVINE INTERVENTION but I think God doesn't favor me like he should.

He totally means Michael. The parallels are SO CLEAR and photoshopped for our benefit. :>

Ahaha, thank you! I am thinking a new one for dreamwidth would be neat.

You need a divine BRAINSTORM. With inspirational flashes of lightning. And then the RAIN of IDEAS. Ok, I'm stopping now.

I love it when they link back to their earlier jokes, like the whole inappropriate work photos thing. But what do you think is the significance of Ryan's new wardrobe of one (1) grey shirt? He used to be blue and then wasn't it purple, for corporate?

We can start on a new page together! Or, erh, on two new pages respectively. Yes. That's it. Right there. Uhm. :>

Honestly I hadn't been paying very close attention to the color of Ryan's wardrobe lately but I think the connotation is that gray is something that lacks vibrancy, or is nondescript. So maybe it means Ryan experiences life as if it has been drained of color.

I am convinced the transcriber got to see some special TRANSCRIBER'S EDIT or something, and that it was actually gay.

Hee, I was so happy for you when I saw Michael and Dwight GETTING ALONG again. Well, getting along more functionally then they have been for the last few episodes. :>

That scene was great! I am pretty sure I will say any scene with Ryan is great, but that particular scene was a HIGHLIGHT and not just because it was Ryan's only scene in the entire episode, dude. And I think the editors should totally include the Jonathan version in the DVD bonus features. I don't like that we are MISSING OUT.

I must agree, Cafe Disco was so fucking cute. Even if Pam and Jim were like YAY CHEESY WEDDING! I think I've secretly wanted one of those anyway. :)
Very happy episode.

Jim is so impulsive with his marriagey things! First the gas station and then asking Pam over his soggy cereal or whatever. It is nice that in the end he decided to go for a formal wedding after all. :>
