so i have just discovered, the hard way, that when choosing Snapple bottles to store your evaporated milk in, do not choose Raspberry Iced Tea. the razz apparently mixes in not fun ways with the evaporated making it smell, and taste, highly bad. I had to read that three times before "evaporated" penetrated my feeble brain. Not a tea drinker at all, iced or hot, but genious niece just informed me it has been medically proven that green tea reduces the risk of some lung cancers, so about to take the plunge. Hopefully will find green tea mixed with something fruity so I can work up to the real thing.

from what i've read, green tea and any black tea, taken any way you want - except with milk go figure - is good for you.

My choices were blueberry green tea, pomegranate green tea, or diet green tea with ginseng. Since I have no idea what a pomegranate is supposed to taste like, I went with option two. Haven't opened the bottle yet.

generally speaking i avoid green tea like the plague, but i think i would have gone with pomegranate. not that i know what pomegranate's supposed to taste like either (i had one years and years ago and don't honestly remember the taste) but juiced blueberry kinda weirds me out.
