Care and Maintainance for a Happy Troll by Dr. Siguard

Dec 13, 2011 01:26

When Tino woke up from his warm, lovely dream, he spent a few minutes just appreciating the face of the man next to him who was supposed to be a troll. While they had thrown troll jokes at him in regards to his size since forever (and his grandmother called Berwald Peikko for god's sake) he still saw only a tragically beautiful young man in the ( Read more... )

"You... wow." Berwald was still not quite back on Terra Firma and he loved when Tino laid on top of his chest so he was never in a hurry to lose his lovely human blanket ( ... )

Berwald laughed as he brought over more hot water. "Last I looked, fucking you *IS* you spoiling me." Berwald laughed.

"Now hop out a minute. This water is boiling hot I'm not pouring it in the tub with you still in it." Berwald said as Tino stepped out long enough for Berwald to pour in about half the bucket into the cooler water.

"Test that? Need More heat?"

The Finn stuck out his little pink tongue in jest at his husband's comment about fucking being a treat before climbing up and out to stand on the cold Scandinavian earth. As directed he tested it, but withdrew. "A little more please." He asked. It'd been warmed, of course, but not to his favorite temperature yet.

"I can't believe, after all we've done today, that I am not 'dead to the world'-tired. I don't know what Siguard drugged us with, but I still feel as awake as I did after our nap." He pondered, watching the steamy water trickle and splash into the tub. On the second test. "Perfect! You hit the perfect temperature." He sighed delightedly as he sunk himself back down into the slow cooker.

"You're just getting your stamina a last I think." Berwald grinned, pulling up his stool again to drape his arms over Tino's shoulders and cuddle as best he could from OUTSIDE the tub.

It was barely large enough for Tino alone, it was never meant to be a soaking tub, it was more a washing basin for clothes but it worked.

"Tell me a fantasy of your Tino. Is there something you dreams about having someday? Other than kids, somewhere you always wanted to go? A place you always wanted to live? Anything you've ever desired to see?" Berwald asked as he held Tino in the bath.

Tino laughed. "I confess, I've never had any outrageous dreams for myself." He shrugged, but gently as so not to be loosened from the Swede's hold. "My dreams have always been simple. Where for someone who comes from a well to do family and who can afford to dream big I suppose... OH But I do remember this, it was silly. When I was probably about nine the house next door went up for sale, and I remember I wanted to buy it... with a pocket full of change but that's beside the point, and it was on sale for a few months because something inside had to be renovated or something, but that's so long to a nine year old and it gave me time to think of buying the house as a grown up. I would build a tree-house in the back yard, because they have the perfect tree for it, our yard doesn't really. But then my neighbors moved in. Don't get me wrong, they're not horrible people, but they're such snobs. I never really liked them. They put on airs and act all high class. I dunno. Mummi always said that it was best to live simply so others my simply ( ... )

"The red house with all the windows across the street? I can see you wanting to play in that big tree. I would have too as a kid." Berwald commented resting his chin on the top of Tino's head.

"To tell the truth, I'd like to see more of Stockholm too. I saw little more than my yard when I was there and the last time I was there we saw nothing I ever care to see again. We'll go back someday, during the summer. They have a lot of fun summer festivals there that I know of, maybe we can all go as a group again for a week or so. I know Mads wants us to go to some Viking games just outside of Copenhagen in early June. Maybe the week after that we can spend a week or two here in Sweden and then the rest of the summer with your parents. Sound like fun?" Berwald asked always planning ahead, even while he was currently ON vacation.

He wanted to give Tino the world, one adventure at a time.

"Yeah, I liked that house. I hope we have a nice tree in our yard when we have a home of our own for our kids to play in." He smiled, sinking into the feeling of the nice warm tub water to listen to Berwald's plans for the summer. He was such a micro-manager, every minute of his life being planned.

"I think that sounds like a marvelous idea." He cooed, twisting around just far enough to plant a chaste kiss on Berwald's nose. "So it'll be graduation, visit with Mads, time in Sweden, and then back to Finland while we prepare for the Vainamoinen-VonBock Reunion?" He chortled. Tino knew that, for the rest of his life, he would probably never be without a plan for what they would do next.
