TV Show Review: Young Royals

I was recced this by someone on my flist, probably _profiterole_, she is responsible for almost all of my queer media recs. :D

Young Royals is a Swedish Netflix show, 6 episodes long, about Wilhelm, the son of the Swedish Queen, getting sent to boarding school and falling in love with one of the boys in his class, Simon.

Yes, that's me! I love this show and really, really hope we'll get a second season.

I hated the ending so much! :D I hadn't expected it to end this way, since you recced it so wholeheartedly.

But I loved everything but the ending, and I absolutely don't regret watching it. A second season would be amazing! (And it's not like cdrama, where that's not a thing, and second seasons never happen. So at least there's a little hope. :D )

It's not like they're dying. Plus, there was a very long hug in front of the whole school, so it looks like it's only a matter of time before Wilhelm comes out. The ending is a little hopeful to me.
