CSI episode review for 5x13 - Nesting Dolls

Yoohoo! What a great episode. I had to really contain my excitement over the weekend and force myself not to read any spoilers. I knew all of the public ones, but I just didn't want to hear if anybody hadn't liked the ep. I did manage to stay clear of everything except medie's comments. :) And they turned out not to spoil my fun. *phew ( Read more... )

I think the writers are trying to move past having to deal with it.

Yeah. I'm really happy to move on in this respect, too. I guess I'm still not used to the CSI kind of writing, where nothing is ever fleshed out. I think they're taking the easy way out, but aren't they always?

"No, Sara," (it's his tone, kills me every time)

Oooh yes. You can say whatever you want about William Petersen, but he does everything Grissom says to Sara in this tenderest of tones. His voice is indeed one of the things that attracts me to Grissom most. If you just judge from his inflection, you can't deny that there's something there. Damn the writers for not giving him the words to go with it. ;)

God, this episode makes me ramble more than necessary.

I'm glad it does, I just went over to your journal to check out your first "ramble". I love to discuss these things. And I'm glad I'm not the only one who feels the need to gush about CSI.
