This week's Stuffed Squash recipe:  white acorn squash stuffed with quinoa, dried cranberries, and brown sugar.  Yum!!  Now--what to do with that Delicata squash....

On the horizon: Apple popovers and SOMETHING with homemade caramel.

Hurrah!  I finally found a good pumpkin muffin recipe!  The muffins are not soggy and creepy; they are light and fluffy.  Additionally, I may be on the right track for pasta carbonara.  The Pasta Water trick may be obvious to some, but I am still learning its infinite utility.  Of course, I made a huge batch, ate it half, and prompty got a stomach ( Read more... )
