And I love these two. And these two. Your characterization of both Glitch and Cain just brings a huge grin to my face.

No worries about the posting time... I'm working tonight, anyhow, and the challenge won't close until... I don't know... As late as possible. 10:30? 11? Midnight? Something like that...

Thanks so much! It's been a while since I've done drabbles, and I feel a bit rusty. These two were the ones that were the closest to finished (at least as finished as I wanted them to be), and I still feel iffy about them.

I'm determined to get back into the swing of things, though! :D

Oh, these were awesome! This was such a perfect bit of characterization:

Cain was still fiddling with his hat, however, which meant he had more to say.

And this....this made me laugh like crazy, it is exactly what Glitch would say to Cain right before rebrainment:

I guarantee you that you can’t get rid of me that easily.
