I went by word count, on the base of 100.

AKA 106 = 1 / 900 = 9

Did I do it wrong?

As for scoring: I have the minions count how many drabbles each team did. In the old rulebook, it once declared, in Article A, Section 6, Paragraph G:

... and henceforth shall the rules of this challenge be that he who writeth yet more than his brethren are capable, and he who writeth yet more than he is doth willing to produce, and he that writeth yet in excess, let he beith aware that his grandiloquence will not expand its apportioned definition, listed in Article A, Section 2, Paragraph B...

The silly jargon means that 600 words is still the equivalent of 100 words.
