It felt.. oddly right, like it was the only chance Archie had left but I like thinking that Cook ran after him because, deep inside, Cook had always loved Archie. But it was just too late and Archie had already jumped and if it had been me writing this, I would have made Cook jump right afterwards. Thankfully, it was you.

Okay the whole end, including He heard him calling, “Archie....David!” but that was all in his head. Cook would never call out his name, would never care enough. and also this part, but a part of him, the part that would never hurt Cook no matter what, stopped him. ripped me APART. *cries*

The emotions in this were so vivid, and it huuurts, but I guess that's what angst is supposed to do.
