Those tornado watches were definitely scary yesterday. I'm from WV and we got lucky, but there for awhile we were panicking like poor Blaine. I loved the way you constructed this story and captured the emotions. It was definitely true to how I know I felt yesterday panicking about the storm. Great job!

i'm in kentucky. two touched down where i'm at but there was no major damage, though there was in other parts of the state. i wasn't so much panicking as just staring out the window and preparing to run into the bathroom with my cat (since it's the only room without windows in my apartment). also thank you!

that's how it feels until you get sick of the watches and nothing really happens - seems like there's a tornado watch everytime there's a thunderstorm here. it's ominous and you can take it how you want - whether they end up getting home safe or not.
