So, I'm experiencing this new thing while trying to sleep where it really bothers me to feel breath on my arms. My own or Sven's, doesn't matter. Which is weird. And complicating matters of getting to sleep quickly and efficiently

Fanfics - Have you read "Dumbledore's Army and the Year of Darkness"? I'm just rereading it myself and OMGsogood! I've started considering it canon ;)

I'm the same with breath on my arms when trying to fall asleep! Even when awake I don't like it (if I'm lying reading while Lars is still asleep). Ch!

I have never read a single Harry Potter fanfic. I haven't even read the Harry Potter books. I'm a bad, bad person. :p

But I will consider looking into your glowing recommendation.

And oh good, I was worried I was being the craziest crazy to ever crazy with the breath-weirdness. So glad I'm not alone. :)

Probably not worth reading the fanfic unless you've read the books... or at least seen the movies.

If you've seen the movies then DAatYoD is HP7 part 1-2 seen from the viewpoint of the students remaining at Hogwarts.

If you haven't seen the movies either, then never mind ;-)

HP is the only fandom I've ever really dived into. I've read a few fanfics in other fandoms, but only 1 or 2 in each.

Well... don't know if I can claim not to be crazypants myself... but at least we'll be crazy together.

Avengers-fanfic is my happy place, primarily. Lots of really, really good writers, and I'm happily splashing around, multi-shipping all over the place, because I just want my precious babies to be happy. :)

I do remember you liking C.S. Lewis' universe, and I think maybe I've recommended this before, but in case I haven't, dirgewithoutmusic has written some amazing meta-fics about the tragic fate of the Pevensies. I've yet to manage a read-through without actually sobbing:

I was actually gonna post pics with this update, just to show you guys my totally kick-ass utility room kitchen, but ugh, uploading pics is like my least favorite thing ever.

I am making progress, though, as last night, I finally attempted to access the LJ-app I've had on my iPad and iPhone since forever, and succeeded! :D
