So a bhit of a random question; what kind of cocktail do you like most?

I prefer gin or dark rum-based drinks. I'm partial to bitter/sour drinks, so in the case of gin, a Tom Collins or Gin&Tonic. In the case of rum, a Dark&Stormy (rum, lime and ginger beer) with extra, extra lime juice, or this amazing concoction that they don't seem to serve anywhere anymore which was basically just dark rum, lots of lime juice and a dash of honey. SO good!

If I'm in the Caribbean, there's nothing that compares to a Caribbean Rum Punch (dark rum, orange juice, Angustura Bitter and grenadine. It looks like a sunset in a glass.)

But if I had to choose one drink forever and ever? Gin and apple juice. It tastes like the best glass of apple juice you ever had. :)

Looking for inspiration, or just curious? :)

Gin and apple juice sounds really nice, I might try that one day. I like apple cider, so I might like that too.

My favorite cocktail is a Long Island Icetea, but I've got no clue what's in that one (except that it's a lot, lol).

Cocktails always look so good and some of them taste really good too!!
Too bad I can't really have a lot of alcohol with my meds, but sometimes I cheat a bit and I drink a Long Island Icetea, white wine or Jillz anyways :)

The short answer to what's in a Long Island Iced tea is EVERYTHING. :D It is amazingly, awesomely good, though. I'm told the girls bought me one for my hen night, but have no clear recollection of that fact. :) We had something similar at The Rum Bar on Friday, misleadingly called a Rum Punch, but it definitely wasn't the Caribbean Rum Punch I love so much. It had like, 4 shots of different things in it. It was very good! :D
