TV Ramblings: Friday Night Lights

So I finally decided to give the TV show Friday Night Lights a shot. I really enjoyed the movie. I thought it was great how unlike other sports movies it really was. It was dark; it focused more on the direct pressure on these kids to be perfect in every single way. I think the big reason its taken me so long to finally watch the pilot is

Friday Night Lights is a fun show. Different from how the others have been shot, too. And the characters are all special in their own ways. I'm still only catching up to that show as well. Watched up to episode 7 and bought the DVD and I'm restarting the show once again but making caps as i watch. I was turned off of that show at first because of football and how I don't understand that game but even though the characters are practically all about that sport, the show itself isn't. Really isn't. And it's really cool :)

So far I can't stop watching it... I was going to go to bed after one episode but seems like I can't. I'm really enjoying it so far. I love how everything revolves around football, but its not really about football. ^_^

Do you have favorite characters right now? Or is that still a bit too soon to tell?

Umm, I think its still a little too soon to tell for some of the other characters... but we'll see.

I think I love Matt and I know that I'm having a hard time liking Lila though
