Deductible and other Crap Bills

Well, since I had way more bills than I expected this month, I am beyond broke (-95 in the bank). This means that I cannot pay for my insurance deductible in order to get the car repaired, I can buy food, I won't have gas for the car (if I even had a car, that is), and I won't have medicine because I can't pay for the refills (gooooo SEIZURE TIME
