Before I forget...

I just made this as a salad dressing. Opinions seem to vary around here, but I really like it.

2tbsp dry mustard
2tbsp cider vinegar
1tbsp water
3tbsp olive oil
3tbsp tahini
2tbsp maple syrup
pinch turmeric
1/4tsp fenugreek
salt to taste.

Fenugreek is underutilised in western cuisine. I approve.

Is it sweet? I often make a similar one - I love tahini and mustard is salad dressing. I learned about both of those things years ago with food not bombs.
