I'm sure a nice hot shower will help clear my head of the cobwebs, but they sure are pretty thick at the moment. Eight hours of sleep, interupted or not, SHOULD have rejuvinated me. Ugh

I also have foggy brain today. I hope you feel better soon! I've been taking this all winter and haven't so much as sneezed. It's super expensive, but way worth it.
