Waves at LJ
Hey LJers, if there are any of you left. i wandered back in here to check old posts and find if there was anything left of the first song I ever wrote, because I've lost it everywhere else; I managed to regain the lyrics at least. And I thought I'd make a post just to see if anyone's still around here

I'm still around, but (as I think with a lot of folks from the glory days of LJ) have moved primarily to Dreamwidth and just crosspost here (manually, because the crossposter functionality has been broken for a couple of years) to keep in touch with friends who are only on LJ or primarily interact on here.
Congratulations on the book! It looks Relevant To My Interests, so downloaded :) And glad you were able to find at least the lyrics to the song.

Hello! I miss the good old days too. I post over at Dreamwidth now. The crosspost function stopped working a while back but everything was so quiet that tbh, I haven't seen much point in finding a workaround.
These days I don't have much to say beyond brief comments about this or that thing in my daily life.
And while DW is great, mostly everyone's gone. Everyone seems to be sucked into the vortex of facebook - even me, and even though we all hate it.
