It's not just you, but it is just Chrome. I switched LJ over to Firefox and it's working there. For people who aren't constantly running multiple browsers this is probably more of an issue than it is for me.

I don't normally use mousewheel scrolling much, but it works fine in Opera for LJ.

They fixed it on Chrome after a day or so.
