I remember when that first came out ages ago. It got tons of airtime on Pop Radio.

I seem to recall the performer went by a moniker somewhat like: Napoleon the 14th or some such.

Yep. And that was just about the time when I was first discovering the joys of Radio. That is one of the first songs that managed to drill itself into my brain. Gotta love it.
