Numbers 1,5 & 7 all came from smileinjected and I'm not sure if I'm allowed to distribute those. :\

No worries. I was cracking up for a good hour after my first edit of that icon, which said "Nosferatu". I eventually redid it because if I'm cracking up that much, chances are it's not that funny to anyone else. My sense of humor is cool like that. :)
