Summary: Yesung's letting go of his love, and the mask he took years to put on

She was beautiful, dressed in white, veil falling in waves over her face.

He couldn’t believe, or rather, he didn’t want to acknowledge that it was happening. But it was no matter because as much as he wanted to stop it, destroy the happy, congratulatory atmosphere he had no right to. It wasn’t her fault Shindong was marrying her that day. Nor was it Shindong's fault. All the balme fell solely on his shoulders. Because it was he who had never been able to summon the courage to tell the dancer he loved him. It was him who let his love slip through his fingers.

“Yesung hyung! You’re here!” And there was the form of the lovely lady who was hidden out of sight in a room, people putting the finishing touches on her.

Steeling his nerves, he replied in a convincing voice. “Of course! I said I would be here.” The male ruffled the styled hair gently as to not completely ruin it. “It’s good to see you so happy and ready. Just don’t go and peak at the lucky lady.” Shindong flushed in embarrassment and happiness at the same time.

“Of course you would know what she looks like. Man! You’re the best man, I’m the groom and you still get special privileges!” the younger pouted. Something that Yesung found absolutely adorable.

“Don’t worry, after today, you get to see her all the time.” While I try to glue my heart back together. He knew he shouldn’t being thinking such thoughts on such a day, but the singer could feel his smile cracking. Slowly, subtly revealing the pent up tears and shattered heart of his own doing. But Shindong didn’t see it, and Yesung didn’t blame him. He was happy. Why bother with him when he had a beautiful girl by his side?

“Now go. It’s almost time.” With a thankful, slightly panicked smile, the younger male scrambled off.

“Yesung oppa, do I look alright?” the bride asked him once her fiancé was out of slight.

Alright? Try breath taking, more so than five minutes ago when he last saw her. If he didn’t love the other man, he most certainly would have been jealous.

“Don’t fret, you look amazing. Now, I’m going to go wait with Shindong at the altar. Don’t be late!” the singer joked.

How was he going to survive the entire wedding? He knew he should have decline, shouldn’t have come, but when Shindong came to him, eye shinning, full of hope, he could say no. He wouldn’t, couldn’t, be the one to shatter that light. So now he could only bite his tongue and hold back his watering tears as they exchanged vows and kissed.

The ear shattering cheers rang out as many shed drops of happiness.

Unfair. Unfair that he couldn’t join in with the sobbing for his mask, which took many long years to piece, would break and expose him.

They, Shindong and his wife, were walking done the isle when a pair of strong arms engulfed him, shielding him protectively from the world. From god.

“It’s alright. It’ll be okay,” a husky voice whispered. Yesung nodded his head.

Trying to gather himself up again only to shatter later that night in the darkness and solitude of his room. However, it didn’t seem like those limbs would relent anytime soon, so he stilled his movement and simply thought.

The singer looked over old memories, old words and let himself sink. He wasn’t over the man, but he certainly could, needed, to say goodbye to his love for Shindong. It was a love long over due.

Chocolate…

The times the men spent together were like chocolate. Sweet and heartwarming but once it melted he could only remember, want, and then move on.

No words were said, just simple, comforting contact. Yesung knew what he needed. Apparently so did the other as he buried is hyung deeper into his embrace.

Now, a few minutes later, many tears shed and in the empty church. If Shindong was chocolate then what was Siwon?

Be truthful, was this a fail story?

Anyways, you know what I just realized? I made Yesung suffer again D: But I'll probably make him happy, it I write a YeWon sequel ^^ If this wasn't a fail

And I personally think that Siwon is apples kekeke~
Explanation may ensue in the future. But you might understand me if you're a former Christian like me (>.>) or Christian which, not to be rude or anything, you may possibly be being a bad Christian cause like, Smut is like everywhere. You will have a damn hard time convincing me you have no read SuJu Smut. But you may understand my reasoning if I say the story of Adam and Eve relates to my choice of Apples.

Siwon! What the fuck is this? I demand you do this with Yesung! Often! >3
