*Tim is standing in front of Santana's door, looking uncharacteristically presentable. In that he's wearing this with jeans instead of his normal atrocious wardrobe. He's also actually styled his hair instead of leaving it all wild. In other words he looks like a guy who's going to go meet a hot girl for Valentine's Day

[Too bad it's AFTER Valentine's Day. Santana hadn't really been expecting him to show up when he was all glowy, since he was so weird about it, but that doesn't mean she's been waiting around or anything.

In fact, she is currently on her bed, flipping through a magazine.]

[Sometimes Brittany knocks on the door because she forgets she lives there. Santana's kind of assuming it's her.]

*He will accept that as a compliment. He stands behind her, brushing her hair over her shoulder so he can put the necklace on her. Using all his willpower to not let his hands wander EVERYWHERE when he's finished.*

[Yay, pretty bling on the pretty girl. She turns back around, looking awfully smug.]

Okay, so. You gonna impress me or what?

*But he grins and links arms with her, heading down the hallway towards one of the tea rooms.*

[Siiiigh. Hear that? She is SIGHING HEAVILY at the burden of linked arms.

Absolutely. I'm setting a whole new level of weird.

*Because the tea room doesn't look like the tea room anymore. It has low lighting, a greenish colored booth and yellowish walls. The table has some plates on it and a delightfully familiar centerpiece. There's salads on the table too, and a metal cabinet against the wall keeping the food that Tim pulled earlier nice and toasty.*

Does it look kinda like it? The internet wasn't real specific on decor or anything.

You seriously looked online to see what Breadstix looks like. How did you even--what?

[She's slightly stunned, is the thing.]

[Okay, so this is weird. Guys don't usually...listen very well, and they definitely don't go out of their way to recreate stuff you miss, just for a date.

No, she's used to guys doing as little as they possibly can to get in her pants. And she's fine with that, because there was never much else she wanted anyway. Because most guys are pretty stupid and annoying to be around for prolonged amounts of time anyway.

So this...is weird. Material gifts are one thing--she deserves those and more, duh--but this. This is what most people would probably call special.

She doesn't know how to react to this. So she just kind of stands there and blinks.]

*He isn't quite sure if she's pleased or horrified so he's going to gently lead her over to the booth. Food solves everything.*
