I'm checking to see if I have any schedule conflicts. Lately everything I want to do seems to happen on the same day.

It's entirely possible that I may be bold, daring, and/or stupid enough to drive the ~6 hours each way for the Time Travel Picnic. First order of business is assembling an outfit, second order of business is finding a carpool (or at least, somewhere to crash for the night if I'm doing the driving by myself). If anyone knows of anyone coming from the Rochester/Buffalo area who would like to share a conveyance, kindly inform me.

Well, the good news is that my portable rain generator for my garden works. The bad news is that the resulting atmospheric disturbance has triggered almost-daily thunderstorms and a propensity to drizzle. At least it's keeping the temperature down. Otherwise, as far as I can tell, everything continues much the same as it ever was. I can't be much of a judge on that point, though, having only been here for a little beyond a year now.

LOL. My parents' house in Spencerport was always just outside the worst weather. Nothing like driving to Sunday breakfast only to enter a winter white-out.
