This whole getting a job thing is going a bit slower than anticipated. I've applied to 4 so far and have only heard back from 1 (1 that only offers work on saturday...not exactly what i want). I'm told i should wait 1-2 weeks because these places are really slow but I'm a bit impatient. My time here is short and time is money. I'm starting to feel

DS Cute?! I need to start playing my DS again.

And I hear you on the attracting kids part. I was on the bus in Shanghai when 5 random kids decided to crowd around me to watch (and blocking my view of the screen).

Harvest Moon DS Cute, thats just the name of the game...the cute implies its for girls because there is a version called "Harvest Moon DS" but the main character is a boy in that one.

Hah, yeah I played the original Harvest Moon, as well as the Friends of Mineral Town. I always found it funny how you only get to marry after you get a Big Bed.

i think its the same deal with this one, i hate how all the bachelors are so unattractive! Ive decided to go for Marlin.

I *LOVE* Harvest Moon! I'm playing the newer one (Island of Happiness) right now. There's supposed to be a new one coming out, because a lot of people complained the last one (that I'm playing) is too hard.

Another great one is Rhythm Heaven :P It's really fun.

It's like a bunch of mini games that you have to play to the beat-every time you complete 4 you do a "remix" that combines all of them. It's really cute-and keeping with the music makes it more fun/difficult (my personal favorite is "love lizards" :P)

The only thing that sucks is that you have to complete 1 game before the next one appears.

haha among other things, you start as a poor resident in a little village and you have to plant crops and go mining and fishing and stuff as a means of making money. You also have to socialize with other villagers and attract the attention of a number of bachelors that you can convince to marry you by giving them presents.

Basically that game consumes lives.

I bought an old version of Harvest moon once for 360 (I think).
I kind of sucked at it, which I didn't think was possible. Getting that freakin' cow into the farm....uuugggh.

its actually kinda a hard game, the only reason ive progressed at it is because i googled for guides

I'm playing DS Cute too! Its not just time consuming it also makes you anti-social hahaha.
