character's name?: Togusa (that is all the name he has in canon, sry.)
character's age?: Not publicly available information, but he doesn't look more than about 30.
character's location?: Fukuoka, Japan, 2032. He seems to get around the country a lot for work, though.
character's relatives?: A wife and two young children, a four-year old girl and a baby boy. None of them have names in canon because they are plot devices. :|
close friends?: He has a total bromance with Batou (machine_purist) and a lot of respect for the Major (majorhacker). He gets along better with Azula (peoplesprincess) than most people seem to. Aaaaand I've been so inactive that's about it. >_<
occupation?: Public Security officer (paramilitary cop, basically)
phone number?: Not public info. Sherlock would have to get it from asking, either Togusa or one of his coworkers, and Azula miiiiight still have it from when she visited the GitS world

If he digs, he'll figure this out eventually but she's not going to wear this openly. Harass her, though, and she'll just close up more about it.
close friends?: On the community, Tidus, Larsa Solidor, and Karen Minazuki, really. She keeps a closed circle. Her 'boyfriend' is Jecht. Er.
occupation?: Mother. Ex-soldier.

character's name?: Batou. Family name unknown. If Holmes goes back far enough, he'll find that Batou used the alias "Buttetsu" here for a long time.

close friends?: It's pretty obvious if you look in the right places that Batou's in love with the Major. He's also total bffs with Togusa. He...hasn't got much real cr beyond that.
occupation?: works for Public Security Section 9
phone number?: no need for a phone when you have a cyberbrain

The biggest thing of note is that Batou and the Major managed to keep their names and occupation secret for over a year before accidental videos made it too obvious to keep lying. ...Also that he's almost entirely prosthetic, as evidenced by the eyes and the fact that at one point he lost and replaced an arm.
