I loved CitC! But then, I prefer history over romance and found all the politicking and court shenanigans really interesting. It's also such a feast for the eyes, so beautifully filmed.
Of course I included BOSS! Like I could ignore Osawa....? XD
WOW! Our lists indeed look similar - plus I have forgotten to include "Slingshot" (I am going to update my post).
I like rom-coms, I personally enjoy them the most, but when I try to compile my "top ten" lists more objectively , it is the more serious dramas that I seem to want to include. Like , for example, I enjoyed "You are beautiful" more than any other drama last year , in fact, the pure enjoyment level was higher than the level of enjoyment I am experiencing at the moment with "Chuno" (I am not really enjoying being worried over TH's fate so much :D), but it definitely can't be considered a masterpiece.
I think my choices were all more or less those I really liked, regardless of quality and would want to watch again (save for TW-dramas for obvious reasons). I mean, found e.g 'You're Beautiful' quite fun (well the 1st half anyway) but I don't have any interest in watching it a 2nd time. The same is true for most romcoms. Come to think of it, there are actually very few dramas with predominantly romantic overtones I'm truly attached with. I must really be a glutton for punishment, ha.
