“Tosh?” Ianto asked as he handed over her coffee, “are you any good with plants?”
“Not bad, but Owen is the really green-fingered one. Why?”
“I don’t really want to ask him. It’s just, we have a bonsai tree that’s been in the family forever. I think it was my great-grandad’s originally. When our parents died, my sister inherited it because I’m so useless with plants. But she’s not much better and she just gave it to me because she’s nearly killed it.”
“Bring it in,” Tosh smiled gently covering his hand with hers. “I’ll nurse it back to health.”
