“Two weeks.” Jack replied hugging his own chest defensively
Ianto glared at him
“Ok. Five years. But it wasn’t our fault.”
“But you enjoyed it?”
“No. well, some of it.”
“We tried to escape, but it was futile. Eventually we gave up. Found other ways to… amuse ourselves….”
Ianto raised his eyebrow.
“Oh come on, you know what I’m like!” Jack grinned. “Was like,” he corrected himself quickly, eyes begging Ianto to understand.
“It was a long time before I met you”, he said reaching out to the man he came back for.
