Wow, so many discoveries!

Regarding Indians, I am sure there's a cast filtration; only the bosses come over here; and they have good social skills.

Also, Indian women are exceptionally smart (probably even smarter than Jewish women), and the easily become very good software engineers.

I agree on both points. Nevertheless, we have to acknowledge that somehow the Indians manage to gets the best of both worlds: two full-time well-paid working parents (often in high-tech) and a strong emphasis on children/family. Typically, Indian grandparents take care of the children, while mothers and fathers work.
