i never update anymore.

i work, lift weights, cook sometimes- lots of time in front of a computer has left me not wanting to admit this to the general internet population.

waiting for paychecks perpetually.

I say that because I get none, and am developing a gut and possibly (I am convinced) carpal tunnel due to my incessant mouse/keyboard usage.

i can't run for more than a mile and a half right now- my only experience is treadmill since "steve working out 2.0"

that's fine. it's only a mile and a half jog around our neighborhood, but if you don't wanna, i understand. i don't want to either really, but it must be done.
