You stupid kid, I'm so glad you care less about grades - FINALLY. Life is so much more important than a 4.0 and all of the honors they offer at school. I mean, ASU accepts kids with a 3.-something, and the design school I want to get into accepts kids with GPAs as low as 2.5! Grades are not everything, they're only a measure of what the teachers think that you should know. You're on the right track of life, it's important to live now and experience life before you're 35, dying from a heart attack and wondering where the hell your life has gone.

Even though you are a major dork, and you are biologically my child, you know I'll always be there to laugh in your face - rather... be there to support you.
