hehe i could leave it the way the show did, when gibbs gave abby her present...but i'm not that mean (not all the time anyway) *damn those puppy eyes, they're as bad as the pout!*

it's a really elegant dress, pale blue (to match his tie, similar looking material too) with a white sash, strapless, long and so very sexy. ;) 'cause tony would need it to be sexy wouldn't he.
