*holds out her hand for her herbs*

I seriously had to reread a lot of that, it was so deep. Very nice work <3

One question. Did Billy ever mention forgiveness? I thought Bill/Laura did that but I don't recall it with Billy...

*looks around quickly, hands over herbs* Laura rolled them.

Thank you.

And, um, well no he didn't. Not in the episode. In the deleted scene for Home pt II Laura tells him she understands why he made his choice and that he doesn't have to feel guilty, except that's not what he was going to say to her at all. It's a cute moment, and I sort of put it as canon and stretched them a little. I don't think that divide between them needed any forgiveness on either side, but I think they would have needed *something* to bind them back together. Guilt isn't always rational.

I'm glad you enjoyed it! :D Smoke safely.

Wow! This is really good. Your writing is absolutely beautiful, and the characterization is spot-on. I especially enjoyed the sections on Zarek and Adama.

BTW, do you mind if I friend you? I'd like to know when you write new fic. ;)

Thank you. :) I'm really glad you enjoyed this. I have to admit, I think the Zarek and Adama ones are my favourite too.

I don't mind at all...'though I would suggest joining this comm instead of friending my journal as I so rarely update my actual journal (I'm so bad at that), however this is my writing journal, and I have a "random"journal here: airlock-y and that with my art journal (littlethingsbig) are where everything happens. ;)

Anyway, thank you again. :D I hope to have more to share in the future.

I love this so much. I am fascinated so much by Laura's character and the various ways her relationship with the other characters (especially the male ones, since they make up most of her interactions). I believe my favorites, if I had to choose, would definitely be the Lee, Gaius, and Billy ones, but really, this was amazing. You really delved into her thoughts and such, and it's an interesting look, because in very many ways, she's a very enigmatic character. (^_^)

Thank you! I too am fascinated by Laura and you're right that almost all of her interactions are with the men in her life, and every single one of them has changed in some way through-out the show, well, everyone has, but these are the ones that most affect Laura.
Gaius and Lee's were the most fun to write, if i recall correctly. Gaius's because it could be a little more abstract than the others, simply because Baltar is that way and even my thoughts on him tend to reflect his oddness. And Lee's because it's the only one that sort of wrote itself. I wasn't sure how it would turn out when I started, whether she would have forgiven him by the end. So it was nice to discover that about Laura as I went along. ;)
She is enigmatic. We haven't see her shout (except at Baltar) or rage against anything that's been done to her or her people; everything about her is very internal.
Anyway, thank you again! :D Glad you liked it. ;)
