"Hn." Rufus looked anything but pleased, though he kept his composure well enough. After all, the best thing he could do in this situation was to keep his wits about him. Why was he here, and why with Genesis of all people? Another glance around the room yielded no answers. He was about to suggest moving out into the hallway when he suddenly forgot his train of thought as it was replaced by a new one. Or rather, an old one. A good ten years old, in fact ( ... )

Well, if nothing else, Genesis didn't seem to be too fazed by that little episode. That was some small comfort, at least. Though he didn't get much of a chance to relax before the scenery changed around them, and Genesis suddenly began climbing a tree. From the way he seemed to be speaking to people who weren't present (in a way Rufus could only assume was similar to his own actions before), Rufus was able to reach two conclusions.

1. These strange seemingly immersive memory replays had something to do with the area they were in, and did not mean he was actually going insane.
2. He had indeed probably looked like a total nutter playing with an imaginary dog a few moments prior.

He waited for Genesis' little adventure in the tree to finish playing out before addressing him again.

"I don't suppose you have any further insight into the nature of this trap?"

I don't think Rufus knows Vossler, for the record--but I'm a little confused. Vossler was already involved in a Memoria thread. I don't mind doing another if you guys need a third (and it's allowed), but maybe some signals got crossed somewhere.

Sorry, I guess I got mixed up. I changed it so it says there's an open slot now. If you know of any characters that might be available and willing, could you direct them our way? Sorry again for the confusion. ^^;
