After everything that had happened thus far on Gaia, it came as something of a surprise to Tseng to find the flash of light bringing him back to a place he knew all too well. Edge. A place he might call home, if he were still the sort to believe in homes. And yet, for all the familiarity there was something odd in it. It was empty. Emptier than he had ever seen it, and emptier than he wished to ever see it.

Something was dreadfully wrong here, and while he couldn't put his finger on it was almost enough to unnerve him.

"You aren't alone."

The voice might well be unfamiliar to Denzel, but the suit he wore was likely to be all too familiar.

Rughadjeen had never witnessed this event before. The pink haze in the sky had been interesting though he had grown slightly concerned as it seemed to get...brighter? And then it was over, a flash and Rughadjeen was...somewhere he didn't know. Instantly he was on edge, he wondered if Gaia had a habit of just, sending people places without a minutes notice.

He looked around to get his bearings but it was useless, this land was not of his own world, it didn't feel right. The Elvaan noticed another man as well as a small boy and frowned, just what in Walahra's name was going on? He approach the man with, cautiously of course until he heard the boy and looked at him.

"It seems we've all been sent to this place."

That suit was most definitely Turk. Yet Denzel didn't recognise the man wearing it. He knew Reno and Rude pretty well, and he knew Reeve well too, but this man, he couldn't quite recall, and he knew he should be able to. His dad - his real dad - would've been disappointed at him for not remembering ever ShinRa detail he had ever been told.

The other man he didn't know at all. "Aw man. All of us are stuck here? Memoria sucks, I hate it here. Memories are memories for a reason." Especially when it involved your new mom almost being killed by a summon monster. At least it wasn't as bad as some of the memories from last time.

Tseng had never really been a prominent face among the Turks. While he didn't slouch on taking missions himself, he tended to spend the vast majority of his time in the tower itself. The day-to-day work that made anything Shinra run smoothly would take care of itself. So really, he wouldn't have been much surprised to hear that Denzel was less than familiar with him.

"I'm afraid so," he answered with a simple shrug. "I can't see much by way of exits."
