I saw that on NASAwatch.com. I'm not sure what to say about it. I'm not sure what exactly NM is trying to accomplish here. The whole "planet" definition thing is weird anyway; is it a historic meaning or a scientific term? But the wording on the resolution is pretty funny.

Well you know the guy who discovered Pluto was from NM. He was a professor at NMSU. So it doesn't surprise me that NM would defend the planet.
