You have marvellous census and electoral maps! By the way do You have intercensal population change maps for Czech Republic and Slovenia?

No, I wanted to make even an intercensal map of Czech Republic by localities, but understand that it will take tooooooo much time, so you may wait only for the map by districts in the foreseeable future:)
