It being close to Halloween, forthwith is my list of my all-time top Buffy the Vampire Slayer episodes!

1. "Lie to Me" (Season 2, Episode 7) - Buffy believes Angel is cheating on her; they argue, and break up. Suffering from doubt, Buffy later runs into Billy "Ford" Fordham, a former best friend from Los Angeles who has transferred to Sunnydale High

I'm surprised you didn't also include every episode with Riley in it. :-)

You certainly included my two favorite episodes, "The Wish" and "Hush". However I really disliked "Restless" and found it incomprehensible.

I actually liked Adam (hunky George Hertzberg) better than wimpy ol' Mark Blucas.

There's that ultra-creepy scene in "Restless" where Buffy is having her dream. And she sees Adam in his human form, before the experiments on him. Buffy is horrified, finally realizing that Adam was once a human being with feelings, a mind, a soul. It is in Buffy's nature to humanize everyone, so she asks for him what his name is.

Adam replies, "Before Adam? Not a man among us can remember."

That sent chills down my spine. Poor Adam... alone in the world, and then dismembered by Prof. Walsh. No one weeps for Adam.
