Prompt Help

I have a question for all you avid fic writers here on my flist. I came up with a J2 story idea that won't stop eating my brain and I was thinking of making it into a prompt and giving it to someone/anyone (because I can't write for shit). 
So how do I go about it? Do I just find a J2 comm and post it? And do I only give it to the first person who
