One of my English friends told me he would call it just a wall. LOL
There is nothing really wrong with the tiles or whatever; they are just not so beautiful as the ripples make them look, as if they were made of small mosaic pieces. I had forgotten what they looked like when the fountain was empty, so I felt disappointed, although I'm pretty certain that "mosaic" effect when under water has been somehow calculated and designed.
Have I ever shown you those lights in it at night? I think I posted a photo once last year... not that I expect you to remember. I would have been very impressed if I had seen them as a little girl. lol
