WTF job interview... or another "casting"?

I have an interview with yet another employment agency tomorrow. I applied for an "assistant of the executive director" position with their (anonymous as always) client. The job description includes translation of business correspondence and company documents, among.... too many other duties for my liking. The salary is Top Secret, of course.
