[What little girl would pass up such a beautiful looking box? Especially with brownies fresh from the oven? And plus, it's not like someone could've made them with ill intent; Maria's just a kid! She knows she wouldn't be able to hide the brownies and make sure no one else eats them, so she shoves them in her bag along with Sakutaro and Sakura to find a safe place to eat them--but only after chowing down on one at the doorstep.
