as far as i know, i do not live your life... but i have had clinically diagnosed insomnia for months at a time, not just 'hard time getting to sleep'... i have actually gone for over a month without sleeping at all... so no, i don't live your life, but yes, i do have a better grasp on insomnia than you do... btw, there is no reason to get all snippy with me! grrr, assumptions
