So my month started out with riots at work, fun! Two weeks of shitty work detail, including on my birthday. Bummer. Luckily, I didn't have to pull many 12 hour shifts, but the work was physically labor intensive and in the heat and working around irritant chemicals. Do you have any vacation time? If so, you should take a couple days off to yourself. Even though money is tight, there's always bubble baths & lounging at the park with a book. Sounds like you need some recoup time ASAP.
Whether vacation is an option or not, focus on taking the best possible care of yourself right now. Eating right, sleeping enough, and some physical activity can go a long way to help manage stress.
