So what do you think will happen? Will another dictator take over? There seems to be no suggestion of an obvious 'heir' but maybe that's because I only see our news! Will the 'council of ten' or the army step in? How will South Korea react? It will be interesting, whatever happens.

It seems to be it's going to be his third son (29yr old) Kim Jong Un. But there's a lot of speculation going on since he's so young and inexperienced.

I talked to my parents and they were very blasé about the whole thing. But that might just be my parents... ^^

We watched a news item about him. He sounds like just a figurehead. Maybe the army will use him?

Probably. I just read an article (Korean) that talked about the possibility of a future power clash between him and his uncle.

I went to sleep around 6:30. :DDD

I talked to my parents and as expected they were very blasé about it. In fact, the whole discussion of N. Korea took about 2 minutes and then we spent 20 minutes talking about other stuff... :D
