The kids are home, and I'm at 20K!
The kids had a great time over the weekend in NC. The boys both brought back bags of soggy clothes as they'd braved the camp's cold creek and gone tubing. I'd send you a writer's block rock if I could; I gave them out to all my Wrimos this year.
Gah! One of my characters is telling me that he isn't a telepath (something I need for him to be to further the plot) but that he speaks to animals... and if I have someone who does speak to animals, I'll need to shoehorn him/her in somehow.
