Sometimes it's tough to update when all I do is sleep?

Today was a setback.
I found myself needing my walker to get around.
Things happen.
I have all the time in the world to get better right now.

It happens. My hip recovery was back and forth for quite a while. I was still using my forearm crutch sometimes even 2 months after the operation. All will be well.

Bugger, but it's natural to have some good days and bad as you work towards getting better.
