THe one where she's a brat? Not at first. I think she has a multi episode arc where she becomes progressively more likeable.

Oh, she shows up again? Because she was so fucking annoying. Hopefully her arc is all about character growth.

Yes she shows up again or maybe it's just that Shiri plays more than one character. They way they mess around with actors and characters either is possible :P

I don't know, but I do know I liked her well enough that I actually remembered the actress' name when I saw this post this morning. I thought I might be wrong, but a quick Google search confirmed that she did play the character of whom I was thinking. I always wanted them to do more with her character, but they never did.
