Loved the little mention of NCIS in the WC fic... and Neal here is chilling-to-the-bone (and I'm sure Mozzie isn't as nice as in the series canon, either). So patient, so evil, so impossible to catch for good. And it leaves me wanting MORE!! XD <3<3
